About Me

After leaving college, I fell into secretarial and admin work, mainly while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.

Flitting around from one temp post to another, I saw various industries including a part of the North East’s call centre boom. From the various posts that made my CV look like an advert for toilet paper (that goes on and on and on .....), I found that I was adaptable to my working environment and was able to distinguish one persons ‘priority’ from another and managed to re-prioritise the priorities, making sure that all the work got done and that everyone was happy. Due to this I have formed a completely flexible approach to my working environment, so if client A likes something done in one way, but client Z prefers a different approach, then this is not a problem.

The idea for Bennett Secretarial Solutions all came about after I had an accident and was temporarily house-bound. I felt that I had to get out and work, but at time was unable to. A quick search on the internet and I had the moment that every talks about having, having the light bulb turned on. It seemed the obvious step to take.

And the rest as they say is history.......
