Prior to commencement of any work, a booking form is required to be completed, with agreed work, timescale and costs. If the client’s original requirements change, Bennett Secretarial Solutions reserve the right to amend the original booking costs accordingly.
A deposit of one third of the total cost is required (waived at the discretion of Bennett Secretarial Solutions) before commencement and total payment of the balance is required within 7 (seven) days of completion. Any charges that are incurred in respect of payment the client will be responsible for payment.
Payment can be a cheque, postal order or via Paypal (subject to a small handling fee). To be made payable to Bennett Secretarial Solutions.
All emails with attachments will be scanned with current anti-virus software.
Any emails sent without covering messages will not be opened and deleted.
Back-up copies will be securely kept for 2 years (unless requested otherwise) and then destroyed.
Final proof-reading of work is up to the client and errors must be notified immediately unless on large scale documentation, which should be notified within 1 week of receipt.
